Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Financial Performance Analyst to produce and maintain recurring financial and operational reports, and to perform ad hoc analyses to support leadership decisions across product profitability and efficiency metrics.

The role combines routine reporting with analytics to identify risks and opportunities, partnering with stakeholders to improve processes and drive performance within a dynamic telecom environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience or combination deemed equivalent.
• Finance or Accounting degree required.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial performance management, analytics, planning, or reporting.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP preferred.
• Experience in Wireless Telecom or similar subscription-based work experience preferred.
• Experience in forecasting/budgeting/internal reporting in a publicly held company preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance reporting frameworks that integrate financial and operational data to provide a holistic view of business performance
• Support recurring and ad-hoc executive-level reporting with clear narratives, performance drivers, risk / opportunity identification, and timely completion
• Analyze performance trends, variances, and operational drivers to provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Prepare and distribute routine financial reports to maintain consistent communication with stakeholders
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses including account reconciliations and trend evaluations to support decision-making
• Define, refine, and propose simplification and improvements to reporting processes
• Also responsible for other duties / projects as assigned by business management as needed
