Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to join the BTS Financial Planning and Analysis team. The role focuses on activation forecasting, planning, analyzing, and reporting, delivering actionable insights to leadership.

You will build and maintain financial models, track KPIs across accounts and channels, and present results with recommended actions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in a forecasting and financial analysis role including KPI management and variance analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related area.
• Experience building and managing complex models; highly proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Leads the development of the annual plan, monthly forecasts, and weekly outlooks.
• Socialize results with business partners and influence strategy to achieve targets.
• Pull data from SQL-based systems to create insights and key callouts for data analysis.
• Use financial modeling techniques to analyze results, identify variances and risks, and present findings to Senior Management.
