Job summary

T-Mobile US Inc. is seeking a Financial Performance Reporting professional in Overland Park, KS to produce recurring reports, analyze KPIs, and support leadership with insights for business performance and profitability.

The role combines routine reporting with ad hoc financial analysis, driving accuracy, timeliness, and identification of risks and opportunities to improve financial planning and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required).
• Acceptable areas of study include Finance, Accounting (Required).
• 2-4 years of experience in financial performance management, analytics, planning, or reporting, including financial acumen and knowledge of financial statements (Required).
• Experience developing reporting across financial and operational metrics (Preferred).
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP (Preferred).
• Experience in Wireless Telecom or similar subscription-based work experience (Preferred).
• Experience in forecasting/budgeting/internal reporting in a publicly held company (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance reporting frameworks that integrate financial and operational data to provide a holistic view of business performance
• Support recurring and ad-hoc executive-level reporting with clear narratives, performance drivers, risk / opportunity identification, and timely completion
• Analyze performance trends, variances, and operational drivers to provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Prepare and distribute routine financial reports to maintain consistent communication with stakeholders
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses including account reconciliations and trend evaluations to support decision-making
• Define, refine, and propose simplification and improvements to reporting processes
• Also responsible for other duties / projects as assigned by business management as needed
