Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting (Required)
• 2-4 years of experience in financial performance management, analytics, planning, or reporting
• Experience developing reporting across financial and operational metrics (Preferred)
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP (Preferred)
• Experience in Wireless Telecom or similar subscription-based work experience (Preferred)
• Experience in forecasting/budgeting/internal reporting in a publicly held company (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance reporting frameworks that integrate financial and operational data
• Support recurring and ad-hoc executive-level reporting with narratives and insights
• Analyze performance trends, variances, and operational drivers
• Prepare and distribute routine financial reports to stakeholders
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses including reconciliations and trend evaluations
• Propose simplification and improvements to reporting processes
• Assist with other duties/projects as assigned by management
