Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. You will develop and maintain models, analyze KPIs, and provide decision support to senior leadership across the financial services portfolio.

You will collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Risk, and other Finance teams to ensure alignment of actuals, forecasts, and strategic objectives while improving FP&A processes and reporting through automation and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A experience in financial services or related field.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required.
• Experience with ERP/planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent communication and business partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning processes including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long-range strategic planning.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and new products.
• Analyze financial results, KPIs and variances, communicate insights to leadership.
• Support profitability and cost management initiatives by identifying trends and opportunities.
• Partner with business leaders to provide decision support for revenue growth and capital allocation.
