Extend is seeking a Senior Manager in Risk, Analytics & Data Science to lead Finance Analytics. You will own forecasting methodology, build driver-based models for top-line GMV and margins, and guide the annual and long-range planning with senior leadership.

The role requires deep FP&A experience and a track record of elevating team capability through data-driven insights. You will partner with Accounting and other functions to ensure plan alignment with reported results, oversee KPI-driven

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or corporate development.

Aufgaben

• Own the financial forecast methodology, process, and output across Extend's key financials.
• Lead the annual operating plan and 3–5 year financial model, linking growth to cash needs.
• Track KPIs and OKRs; diagnose variances down to merchant, product, and segment levels.
• Communicate performance to senior leadership with actionable insights.
• Turn reporting into a decision engine and drive business decisions from analytics.
• Develop and maintain the unit-economics framework across pricing, partnerships, and investments.
• Partner with cross-functional teams as the primary finance contact for Sales, Growth, Operations, Risk, and Accounting.
• Drive AI-native ways of working to increase output and raise the team's technical bar.
