Kiewit is seeking a Finance Analyst Intern in Colorado Springs to support project accounting and finance tasks on large-scale projects. You’ll engage in cost control, payroll, AP/AR, and assist with month-end close and financial reporting packages for project management.

This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced construction finance environment, with relocation and travel opportunities as needed, and exposure to a broad range of cost and revenue components across labor,

Qualifications

Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, or equivalent.
Legal work authorization to begin employment without sponsorship.
Ability to relocate anywhere in the country.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Travel/relocation may be required up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Supports payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and human capital management tasks.
Contributes to cost control and purchasing workflow compliance.
Assists in preparing financial reporting packages for project management.
Participates in month-end close and data analysis for budgeting.
Works with the project team to ensure accurate cost and revenue reporting.
