Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, and/or equivalent degree
• Ability to relocate anywhere in the country
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Travel and/or relocation may be required for this position (up to 50%)
• Experience with Pivot Tables and V-Look Ups is preferred
• Effective communication, organization and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Freely access all parts of a construction site in varied climates
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Support cost control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and human capital management processes
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting packages for project management
• Learn and apply cost and revenue accounting for labor, equipment, materials, and subcontracts
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and internal controls
• Foster clear communication with the Operations team and stakeholders
