Job summary

Telnet, Inc. in Plano, TX seeks a Finance/Analytics professional to manage the Display Division’s Sales Incentive Programs and be the main contact for Display Product Marketing.

The role includes weekly sell-thru analysis, dashboard creation, and payments processing in accordance with policy. You will coordinate MDF campaigns, plan proposals, and marketing expense processes, validate Spiff claims, and generate monthly Spiff vs sell-thru reports while supporting CMF uploads and ad hoc operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or mathematics with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Accurate and timely analysis with large multi-variable data sets.
• Ability to multitask and re-prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

Responsibilities

• Manage Display Division’s Sales Incentive Programs and being the point of contact for Display Product Marketing team
• Analyze weekly sell thru report to identify sales target status for incentive programs, send weekly updates in PDF attachments to sales team
• Create a weekly dashboard report on the incentive program
• Manage Display Division’s Marketing expense process and being the point of contact for Display Product Marketing team
• Coordinate and create MDF campaign, Plan Proposals, and Payment requests in accordance with company policy
• Create a weekly dashboard report on the Marketing Expense program
• Validate S/N and process Spiff claims
• Create a monthly report on the Spiff claims vs sell thru
• Hold a monthly call with an agency that administers the Spiff promotions
• Assist with CMF (Current Month Forecast) system upload processes
• Assist in ad hoc requests and various operational activities
