WCL Group in Plano, TX is seeking a Financial Analyst II - Sales Incentive & Marketing Expense Analyst to own the money side of the Display Division's programs. You will track weekly sales against incentive targets, manage the marketing expense process, and support reseller spiff claims while building dashboards for stakeholders.

The role requires strong Excel skills, comfort with large data sets, and meticulous attention to detail as you forecast, analyze and communicate findings to the product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics required.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis of large datasets.
• Strong written and verbal communication; fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage the Display Division's sales incentive programs and act as the PMT contact for the Display Product Marketing team.
• Analyze the weekly sell-through report to identify sales target status for incentive programs, and send weekly updates to the sales team as PDF attachments.
• Manage the Display Division's marketing expense process and coordinate MDF campaigns, plan proposals and payment requests.
• Create a weekly dashboard report on the marketing expense program.
• Validate serial numbers and process spiff claims; create monthly reports on spiff claims versus sell-through.

You'll track weekly sales against incentive targets and send updates to the sales team, manage the marketing expense process, and process and check reseller spiff claims. You'll build weekly and monthly dashboards and reports, serve as the main contact for the product marketing team, and help with forecast uploads and other requests. It's a good fit for someone who is strong in Excel, comfortable with large data sets, and keeps careful track of details.RESPONSIBILITIESSales Incentive (VIR) Program• Manage the Display Division's sales incentive programs and act as the point of contact for the Display Product Marketing team• Analyze the weekly sell-through report to identify sales target status for incentive programs, and send weekly updates to the sales team as PDF attachments• Create a weekly dashboard report on the incentive programMarketing Expense Program• Manage the Display Division's marketing expense process and act as the point of contact for the Display Product Marketing team• Coordinate and create MDF campaigns, plan proposals, and payment requests in accordance with company policy• Create a weekly dashboard report on the marketing expense programReseller Spiff Program• Validate serial numbers and process spiff claims• Create a monthly report on spiff claims versus sell-through• Hold a monthly call with the agency that administers the spiff promotionsOther• Assist with Current Month Forecast (CMF) system upload processes• Assist with ad hoc requests and various operational activitiesREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics, with 2–5 years of relevant experience• Advanced Excel skills• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy• Accurate and timely analysis working with large, multi-variable data sets• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Ability to handle multiple requests and re-prioritization in a fast-paced environment• Ability to work independently and manage one's timeMUST HAVE• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics with 2–5 years of relevant experience• Advanced Excel skills• Analysis of large, multi-variable data sets with strong attention to detail• Ability to handle multiple requests and re-prioritization in a fast-paced environment
