BTI Solutions, Inc. seeks an analytics-focused marketing finance professional in Plano, TX. You will evaluate programs, plan spend, and drive MDF governance to align with growth and ROI targets. Your work spans data housing, forecasting, and presenting insights to leadership.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, budget management, and strong Excel/PowerPoint capabilities in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field; 3+ years progressive experience.
Strong analytical, financial acumen, and budget management skills.
Ability to aggregate and consolidate data from disparate sources.

Mansioni

Analyze and evaluate marketing programs and develop improvements based on ROI/KPI analysis and growth plans.
Plan marketing and promotion spend to validate ROI and strategic alignment.
Improve MDF management, data housing, communication, and variance management.
Consolidate MDF forecasts for monthly targets and annual planning by account and category.
Deliver data-driven insights to internal stakeholders on marketing programs.
Publish MDF reporting, budget status, forecast accuracy, and channel spend analysis.
Offer recommendations to leadership based on profit and ROI analyses.
