• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and performance metrics.
• Experience managing budgets, expenditures, and variance analysis.

• Analyze marketing programs using profitability, ROI/KPI metrics, historical performance, and growth objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and allocate marketing and promotional budgets for ROI.
• Manage and improve MDF processes, including budget tracking, data management, communication, and variance analysis.
• Consolidate monthly and annual MDF forecasts by account and product category for financial planning.
• Monitor marketing program performance, spending trends, and financial results for cost optimization.
• Prepare and publish daily, bi-weekly, and monthly financial reports on MDF utilization and budget status.
• Conduct financial analyses including P&L performance, revenue/expense forecasting, and investments.
• Develop financial models, spreadsheets, charts, and presentations to communicate findings to management.
• Evaluate strategic initiatives based on profitability, risks, ROI, and performance.
