Job summary

SPX Cooling Technologies is seeking a Financial Analyst - Sales Incentive and FP&A to partner with the commercial team and support incentive plans, budgeting and performance metrics.

The role focuses on sales analytics, cost center reviews, and timely financial reporting to guide strategy and risk assessment. Hybrid schedule available after a 90‑day ramp, with opportunity to impact high‑visibility initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance or FP&A.
• Experience with sales incentives, budgeting and forecasting is a plus.
• ERP and OneStream familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support internal sales targets and incentive calculations quarterly.
• Analyze cost center spend, budget variances and forecast updates.
• Develop reports for DSO, DPO and other metrics for leadership.
• Collaborate with FP&A, operations and sales to ensure data accuracy.
