Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, regulatory or related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial concepts, internal controls, and regulatory reporting.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with financial databases and reporting tools (FileNet, SharePoint, PeopleSoft).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between finance and business operations to support decision making, forecasting, and strategy execution.
• Assist in preparing and coordinating analyses of forecasts, budgets and strategic plans.
• Evaluate forecast vs. actual results and refine processes for financial control and business decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial models producing complete financial statements using existing tools.
• Model capital investment requirements and assess regulatory recovery and ROE impacts.
