Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in financial analysis.
• SQL and/or VBA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business groups to develop budgets and forecasts and review actual performance.
• Provide general business advice to operations counterparts and serve as liaison between accounting and operations.
• Review and interpret complex financial data from finance and operations leaders.
• Prepare detailed monthly overhead analyses with meaningful cost and variance insights.
• Establish and maintain a tracking system for efficient monthly analysis and reporting.
• Prepare departmental budgets and forecasts and analyze departmental results of operations.
• May train new lower level team members and perform other duties as assigned.
