Colliers Engineering & Design in Denver, CO is seeking a Financial Analyst II to join our high-performing finance team. This role focuses on data analytics, financial modeling, and strategic insight to support decision-making and improve reporting across the organization.

You will build advanced models, deliver dashboards with Power BI and BST-based ERP, analyze variance, and partner with senior leaders on executive presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis in data-driven or tech-enabled environments.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, CoPilot, and ERP systems (BST, Deltek, SAP, Oracle).
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial statement forecasting techniques.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple deliverables on time.
• Strong communication skills to translate data into clear insights for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Financial Modeling & Forecasting: build advanced models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Data Analytics & Visualization: create dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, CoPilot, BST.
• Performance Analysis: conduct variance analysis and identify drivers of financial performance.
• Strategic Support: prepare executive presentations and business reviews with senior leaders.
• Process Improvement: streamline workflows and improve data governance and reporting accuracy.
• M&A & Due Diligence: support acquisition analysis and ROI scenario development.
