The successful candidate will develop budgets and forecasts, interpret complex financial data, and provide actionable insights. This position emphasizes accuracy, timely reporting, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance.
• Minimum 2 years experience in financial analysis.
• Experience with SQL and/or VBA preferred.
• 3 years of finance experience preferred.
• Intermediate Excel skills with demonstrated increasing levels of proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• General knowledge of GAAP.
• Budgeting and forecasting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets/forecasts with business groups.
• Review actual performance.
• Serve as liaison between accounting and operations.
• Review and interpret complex financial data from leaders.
• Prepare detailed monthly overhead analyses with cost variances.
• Maintain a tracking system for monthly analysis.
• Prepare departmental budgets and forecasts with analysis.
• May train new lower level team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
