Energy Fuels Inc. is seeking a Senior Corporate FP&A Analyst in Lakewood, CO to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across the global enterprise. The role partners with business leaders to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decisions.

The position emphasizes ERP systems, Workday Adaptive Planning, advanced Excel modeling, and developing KPIs and dashboards to enhance performance and efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 7-10+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, operational accounting, cost accounting, or financial analysis experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and planning tools.
• Workday Adaptive Planning experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Manage enterprise financial planning system and maintain monthly activities.
• Prepare monthly management and operations reporting packages.
• Improve financial planning processes and reporting automation.
• Analyze financial and operational results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with department leaders to evaluate spending, headcount, and capital allocation.
• Monitor cost trends and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Develop operational KPIs and management dashboards.
• Support capital project reporting and cost tracking.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Assist with scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and business case evaluations.
