Job summary

Kraft Heinz, Inc. is seeking an Associate Finance Director to own Finance Capability & Technology for FP&A and Commercial Finance.

This leader will guide a globally distributed team, shape the Snowflake Cortex architecture, and align finance AI solutions with CFO priorities across regions. The role requires deep experience in FP&A, strong leadership across time zones, and hands-on technical skills with Snowflake, SQL, Python, and SAP/S4 data structures.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A, commercial finance, or finance analytics in a large CPG/consumer goods company.
• Experience leading Leads and Managers across multiple time zones.
• Hands-on with Snowflake, SQL, and Python; understand AI agents in a SOX-regulated environment.
• Fluency with SAP/S4 data structures and FP&A data flows.

Responsibilities

• Own the Finance Capability & Technology, FP&A/Commercial pillar end-to-end — roadmap, delivery, operating model, governance.
• Lead three Finance AI Leads and two Managers across Chicago, Amsterdam, and Mexico; set priorities and ensure output quality.
• Shape Snowflake Cortex agent architecture; review pipelines and enforce technical standards across teams.
• Drive adoption and change management; ensure data integrity, auditability, and SOX defensibility.
