Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- 5+ years in IT, Digital Workplace, Exec/VIP Support, or Program Management.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or enterprise AI technologies.
- Hands-on technical support experience, including endpoint, mobile, and AV/conferencing troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption, integration, and optimization of AI-powered technologies for executive productivity and service delivery.
- Bridge between executive support, digital workplace technologies, and emerging AI solutions.
- Design intelligent workflows and AI agents that transform how executive services are delivered.
- Ensure devices, meeting spaces, and teamwork tools executives depend on perform seamlessly and securely.
