Job summary

Micron Technology in San Jose, CA, is seeking a Staff AI Enablement & Transformation Engineer to drive AI adoption and workforce transformation within Finance. You will partner with finance leaders, SMEs, and enterprise tech teams to enable employees to leverage AI tools, agents, and automation to boost productivity and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, AI or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI Enablement, Finance Transformation, Digital Transformation, or Organizational Change Management.
• Experience leading enterprise technology adoption programs and driving organizational change.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data visualization skills.
• Hands-on experience with Claude, Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, AWS AI Services, or equivalent technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance AI transformation and adoption initiatives aligned with Finance modernization and business objectives.
• Develop and execute AI enablement strategies that improve productivity, decision-making, and business outcomes across Finance.
• Partner with Finance leaders to identify, prioritize, and scale high-impact AI use cases and transformation opportunities.
• Champion adoption of Claude, Claude Code, Microsoft Copilot, and other approved enterprise AI platforms.
• Design, build, test, and deploy AI solutions including AI agents, Claude Skills, Copilot Agents, prompt libraries, and workflow automations.
• Create reusable AI assets, accelerators, templates, and best-practice playbooks across Finance.
• Design and deliver AI learning programs, workshops, boot camps, and certification pathways.
• Train and coach employees on prompt engineering, AI-assisted work, and automation.
• Lead Finance citizen developer programs, AI champion networks, and innovation communities.
