Job summary

Leidos is seeking Finance and Business Operations interns for a Summer Internship Program in Reston, VA. Interns will work in areas such as Program Financial Control and Financial Planning & Analysis, with assignments across AI solutions and corporate functions.

You will leverage AI/ML, RPA, and AI tools to analyze financial data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations, presenting results in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Rising senior pursuing Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Information Technology, or related business field.
• GPA 3.2+ and fundamentals in Finance or Accounting.
• U.S. citizenship and potential to obtain/maintain a government security clearance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to work independently and with others.
• Experience using data-driven insights and AI tools to improve business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Apply AI/ML, RPA, and generative AI to analyze financial trends and business data.
• Translate data findings into actionable recommendations with finance knowledge.
• Develop and implement AI methods into practical business solutions.
• Prepare and present financial analysis using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for leadership.
