Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related business field
• GPA minimum 3.2; fundamentals in Finance/Accounting
• U.S. citizenship requirement and potential to obtain government security clearance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to use data-driven insights and AI tools to improve decision-making and financial performance
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to attend in-person internship events at GHQ Corporate in Reston, VA; locations across D.C. Metro Area (Reston VA, Gaithersburg MD, Columbia MD)

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI/ML, RPA, and generative AI to analyze financial trends, customer behavior, and business data
• Translate data findings into actionable business recommendations using finance acumen and AI tools
• Develop and implement AI methods into operable business solutions
• Prepare and present financial analysis to leadership using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
