Job summary

Leidos is offering a Finance and Business Operations (FBO) internship for rising seniors with a finance or related degree. Interns will work on AI-enabled financial analyses, using RPA and generative AI to drive insights across business data.

Participants will receive two days of hands-on training at Corporate HQ and work on a group project culminating in a presentation to the Executive Leadership Team. The program includes Lunch & Learn sessions, networking events, and mentorship.

Qualifications

Rising senior enrolled in a Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field from an accredited college/university.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2; strong foundation in Finance/Accounting.
US citizenship required; potential to obtain government security clearance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
Demonstrated ability to use data-driven insights and AI tools to inform decisions.
Proficiency with Microsoft tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI.

Responsibilities

Leverage AI/ML, RPA, and generative AI to analyze financial trends and business data.
Translate data findings into actionable recommendations using finance acumen and AI tools.
Develop and implement AI methods into operable business solutions.
Prepare and present financial analysis to leadership using Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
