Job summary

Leidos, a Fortune 500 federal contractor, seeks Finance and Business majors for a Summer Internship in Gaithersburg, MD. Interns work in Program Financial Control, FP&A, or related areas, applying AI, RPA, and AI tools to analyze trends and drive decisions.

Expect hands-on training, a group project, and exposure to leadership through a final presentation. Responsibilities include preparing financial analyses for leadership and using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI to communicate insights.

Qualifications

Exposure to Finance & Business Operations fundamentals through coursework, projects, or prior experience.
Hands‑on experience or coursework applying AI/automation tools to a business or finance problem.
Strong Excel and Power BI skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze financial trends using AI/ML, RPA, and AI tools.
Translate findings into actionable business recommendations with finance acumen.
Develop AI-enabled business solutions and processes.
Present financial analysis to program and functional leadership using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
