You will work with AI, automation, and Power BI to analyze financial trends and translate insights into actionable business recommendations. Expect two days of hands-on training at HQ, a capstone group project, and mentorship.

The program emphasizes developing AI-enabled business solutions and presenting findings to senior leaders, with opportunities to engage across the D.C. Metro area.

Qualifications

• Rising senior pursuing Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum GPA 3.2; fundamentals in Finance/Accounting.
• U.S. citizenship and potential to obtain government security clearance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience using data-driven insights and AI tools to inform decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI/ML, RPA, and generative AI to analyze financial trends and data.
• Translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Develop and implement AI methods into operable business solutions.
• Present financial analyses to leadership using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
