Job summary

Leidos is seeking a high-potential Finance and Business Operations intern in the Reston, VA area. You will work hands-on with AI/automation tools to analyze financial trends and contribute to data-driven business decisions.

The program includes training at corporate HQ, a group project with a final presentation to executive leadership, and multiple networking events, giving you a strong foundation in finance analytics and AI-powered decision making.

Qualifications

Rising senior pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum GPA of 3.2; strong fundamentals in Finance/Accounting.
U.S. citizenship and potential to obtain a government security clearance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to communicate data insights clearly.
Experience applying AI/automation tools to business problems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Leverage AI/ML, RPA, and generative AI to analyze financial trends and customer behavior.
Translate findings into actionable business recommendations using finance knowledge and AI tools.
Develop and implement AI methods into operable business solutions.
Prepare and present financial analysis to leadership using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
