Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager in Technology Strategy who can lead technology-driven business transformations, advise the C-suite on data‑driven strategies, and shape operating models that leverage AI to unlock enterprise value.

You will partner with senior clients to identify where AI creates differentiated products and processes, build strategic roadmaps, and develop compelling thought leadership that accelerates growth while balancing risk, governance, and human oversight.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in technology strategy or related consulting
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred for advancement

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to the C-suite, defining strategy at the intersection of technology and business, including AI-enabled opportunities
• Build strong relationships with senior clients and drive collaboration to deliver outcomes
• Lead +1 thought leadership on agentic AI, operating models, and workforce design with input from more senior resources
• Support business development by architecting proposals and SOWs that reflect AI-enabled solutions and tradeoffs of agent autonomy
• Facilitate discussions and drive consensus with senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful results
