Job summary

Accenture plc is hiring for a CFO & Enterprise Value-oriented finance transformation role in the US. You will partner with finance executives to drive efficiencies, profitability, and growth across the enterprise.

You will guide vision and strategy, manage client workshops, and lead cross-functional teams through digital finance transformations, including AI-enabled processes and data solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of finance management consulting experience.
• Minimum 3 years in Finance operations (Close, Reporting, Intercompany, Consolidations, O2C or P2P).
• Minimum 2 years with finance ERP/EPM platforms (SAP/Oracle/Workday/Anaplan/OneStream).
• Ability to communicate clearly in client workshops and document requirements.
• Experience in Banking, Insurance, CPG & Retail, Energy, Health, High-Tech, or Utilities.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in modernizing finance functions by setting vision, strategy, and outcomes.
• Assist project teams in risk management, challenges, and deliverables.
• Collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in digital transformations focusing on automation, analytics, and AI-enabled finance.
• Share best practices across industries and stay current on tech and regulatory trends.
