Archer, in collaboration with Accenture, seeks a seasoned Finance AI and Data Strategy leader to guide large organizations through AI-powered finance transformations. You’ll shape vision, roadmaps, and delivery programs across global clients, translating business needs into scalable data and AI capabilities.

You’ll partner with CFOs and senior finance leaders to drive revenue upside and cost takeout through AI, data foundations, and operating models.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering AI/data transformation strategies.
• Experience reading organizations, earning trust, and delivering under pressure on a global stage.

Responsibilities

• Shape the vision and define Finance AI strategies that connect to business outcomes.
• Earn trusted advisor relationships with CFOs and senior Finance leaders, becoming their go-to thought partner on AI and data transformation.
• Design AI and data strategies covering technology platforms, data foundations, operating models, and governance.
