Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage community budgets and financial operations under administrative direction.
• Lead forecasting, analysis, and reconciliation for the annual budget process.
• Prepare routine financial reports and variance analyses for senior leadership.
• Monitor cash flow, optimize resource allocation, and ensure SOX compliance where applicable.
• Coordinate with department heads and ED to present budget plans and recommendations.
