The position emphasizes strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on execution, with eligibility for equity grants and performance bonuses based on outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in operational leadership experience required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident care, marketing, food service, housekeeping and maintenance units.
• Develop and execute the community's business plan and annual budgets.
• Lead and motivate staff to achieve financial and service targets.
• Drive sales and occupancy in collaboration with district leadership.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain company standards.
