Brookdale Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director (Finance) to lead the financial operations of a campus and partner with district leadership to drive revenue, profitability, and compliance. The role requires strategic planning, budgeting, and strong oversight of accounting, payroll, and procurement functions.

You will manage a team, collaborate with operations and clinical leaders, and ensure accurate financial reporting while maintaining Brookdale's commitment to high quality resident

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in operational leadership experience required.
• Must have a valid administrator license in states where required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a private vehicle for business use.

• Lead community daily operations and staff.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
• Drive occupancy and revenue with district partners.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and laws.
