Brookdale Senior Living seeks an Executive Director (Finance) to lead financial operations for a large California senior living community. This role oversees budgets, financial planning, and performance, with accountability for resident services, sales alignment, and compliance.

You will develop annual operating and capital budgets, drive profitability, supervise department leaders, and partner with district finance to optimize occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; minimum of three years related operational leadership experience.
• Valid administrator license where required and a valid driver's license are necessary.
• Strong analytic and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the community, coordinating resident care, marketing, food service, housekeeping and maintenance.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets; align with district goals.
• Drive sales, occupancy, and revenue in collaboration with the district team.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-quality associates; ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high resident satisfaction and engagement.
• Oversee service plans and ensure quality care and services for residents.
