Job summary

Brookdale is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide regional FP&A support across Operations, Sales, Clinical, Dining and Asset Management. You’ll build models, perform ad-hoc analyses, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting to inform price and cost decisions.

You will partner with regional leadership, drive ROI for capex proposals, and help prepare monthly and quarterly updates while advancing financial acumen across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting or related field with 3–5 years of experience.
• Experience in FP&A, financial modeling, forecasting and budgeting.
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Builds models and performs ad-hoc financial analysis for regional leadership.
• Leads high-impact analyses on business drivers, trends, and risks using internal/external data.
• Supports divisional, regional and community projections and budgeting cycles.
• Analyzes price strength and discount/incentive impacts for ROI.
• Drives ROI analysis for New Economics capex proposals and cost targets.
• Assists in monthly/quarterly division updates and FP&A training as needed.
