Jobot is seeking a Consulting Talent Acquisition Specialist on a contract basis in the Houston market, near Memorial Park. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for Accounting and Finance, leveraging ATS tools to build strong candidate pipelines and promote our employer brand at career fairs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in talent acquisition or HR
• Experience hiring in Accounting and Finance
• Proven ability to develop and execute TA strategies
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tech
• Experience at recruitment events like career fairs

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a robust talent acquisition strategy for Accounting and Finance hiring
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring
• Use ATS to manage candidate pipelines efficiently
• Participate in career fairs and job fairs to promote the company
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and descriptions
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
• Implement talent and performance management strategies to retain top talent
• Address employee relations issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with employment laws
