• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches.
• Experience with Workday or other ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end full life cycle recruiting for Finance & Accounting roles across the business.
• Partner with Finance & Accounting leadership to understand team structures and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates from public accounting firms, financial services, asset managers, private equity, and related platforms.
• Advise hiring managers on level, compensation, and responsibilities to attract top talent.
