Job summary

The position supports the Finance Director, requiring independent judgment on technical issues and collaboration with leadership on financial performance and special projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 5+ years accounting experience.
• Experience with payroll processing and accruals.
• Knowledge of physician compensation models and wRVU calculations.
• Ability to develop and monitor accounting policies and procedures.
• Strong independent judgement and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting and provide financial analyses to support decisions.
• Prepare or review payroll for all faculty accounting per payroll procedures.
• Monitor physician compensation, productivity, and related analyses.
• Prepare financial reports and models for leadership on performance and projects.
• Ensure GL accuracy and consistency across systems by reviewing journal entries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
