Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree -OR- equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
• Degree Equivalency Clause: Four years of direct experience for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of a portfolio of faculty development programs.
• Serve as central point of contact for faculty, leadership and participants, coordinating communications.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations to support faculty development programs and maintain calendars and logistics.
• Collect and track program data to support leadership in assessing effectiveness and informing improvement.
• Support development of strategic initiatives aligned with faculty success and leadership development.
