Job summary

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, strong GAAP knowledge, and hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite/SAP/Oracle/Dynamics).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Progressive accounting experience with financial reporting, GL, and month-end close.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP, reconciliations, analysis, and variance reporting.
• Advanced Excel and ERP system experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).
• CPA or CPA-track encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with accurate reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and internal controls enhancements.
• Mentor and support junior accounting professionals within the team.
