Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, expense review, and payments.
• Assist with journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Support month-end closing and timely recording of transactions.
• Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, HR and others to resolve discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes during peak season.
