The position emphasizes collaboration with Finance, Operations and HR, with opportunities for full-time conversion based on performance during Peak Season.

Qualifications

• Support day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR and expense review.
• Assist with journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Support month-end close and ensure timely, accurate transactions.
• Assist in preparing financial and management reports and supporting schedules.
• Organize invoices, payment records, and other financial documentation.
• Support data collection, validation, and analysis using Excel.
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and other Finance projects.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, HR, and other teams to resolve questions.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and workflows.
• Assist during Peak Season and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
