Taylor White, a specialized accounting and finance solutions firm, seeks a Business Development Manager or Senior Manager to cultivate new client relationships in finance and accounting. You will own the full relationship from first conversation to engagement, aligning our consulting capabilities with client needs.

The role requires in-depth industry knowledge, strategic outreach, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder networks across Dallas and Tampa markets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field is required.
• 7+ years of experience in a business development role in accounting/finance.
• Proven track record of achieving aggressive goals.
• Strong communicator with a passion for building relationships.
• Consultative mindset with a drive to create value for clients.
• Comfortable engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
• Self-starter with high initiative and entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsabilidades

• Build and expand client relationships through strategic outreach and networking.
• Lead client discovery meetings to assess needs and align resources.
• Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
• Advise clients on market trends, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
• Represent Taylor White at industry events and networking functions.
• Develop and execute account plans to drive long-term engagement and revenue growth.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal best practices.
