You will network, identify opportunities, and manage the full engagement lifecycle from initial conversation to engagement, delivering value through our consulting talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a business development role in accounting/finance.
• Proven track record of achieving aggressive goals.
• Strong communicator with passion for building relationships.
• Consultative mindset with ability to create client value.
• Comfortable engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
• Self-starter with initiative and entrepreneurial spirit.

Taylor White's Consulting line is seeking a Business Development professional to build new client relationships with accounting and finance leaders and expand our presence across the Finance and Accounting community. In this role, you will actively network, cultivate strategic partnerships, and identify opportunities where our consulting expertise can solve real client challenges. You will own the full relationship from first conversation through engagement, serving as a trusted advisor who connects the right talent and solutions to the right clients.
