Qualifications

• Public company/SEC reporting exposure is a meaningful plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full-cycle month-end close activities with accuracy and ownership.
• Prepare and review complex journal entries and reconciliations across assigned areas.
• Oversee and develop a small team including a Staff Accountant and a Senior Accountant.
• Deliver balance sheet and income statement analytics with a focus on a key business unit.
• Identify and drive process improvements across close workflows and accounting operations.
