Arhaus is seeking a Final Mile Manager to lead Final Mile Partners and 3PL relationships at our designated hub(s). The role focuses on delivering the Arhaus brand-right experience through adherence to SOPs, on-time delivery, and high customer satisfaction.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, monitor key metrics, participate in loadouts, support store transfers, and drive continuous improvement with internal and external partners.

Competenze

• Education: High school diploma; College Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years in Logistics/Home Delivery Operations.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Typical 6 am start times; requires use of personal vehicle for ride-alongs/store visits.
• No physical limitations to carry/move furniture up to 150 lbs.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day operations at designated hub facilities to ensure SOP adherence.
• Monitor metrics: cost per stop, cycle time, on-time delivery, returns, customer satisfaction.
• Participate in morning loadouts and standup meetings with drive teams/3PL providers.
• Support local store management; attend store transfer deliveries as needed.
• Identify improvement areas; share best practices across locations.
• Coordinate product specifics and training info with 3PL providers.
• Conduct on-site audits and address delivery failures; provide root-cause analysis.
• Approve 3PL invoicing for billing accuracy.
