Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year minimum warehouse supervisory/lead experience.
• Experience working with furniture preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse labor activities to maximize production.
• Provide training to new warehouse associates to Metropolitan's standards.
• Manage labeling accuracy and ensure paperwork processes are complete.
• Oversee shipping, receiving and inventory control responsibilities.
• Safely operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Assist Warehouse Manager and assume duties during absence.
• Support day-to-day warehouse operations and related tasks.
• Ensure compliance with quality guidelines and safety procedures.
