Job summary

Yzer Last Mile LLC seeks a Hub Manager to oversee daily hub operations for last‑mile delivery, ensuring accurate sorting, dispatch, and on‑time delivery within the service area. You will lead delivery drivers and hub staff, manage performance metrics, and maintain safety, quality, and process improvements.

Responsibilities include workforce scheduling, inventory and flow management, and acting as the primary operations contact with contractors and partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations, logistics, or transportation management experience.
• Experience working with Independent Contractors, vendors, or 1099 delivery partners.
• Understanding of last-mile routing, delivery operations, and DOT/OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak seasons.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort managing KPIs and operational data.
• Excellent communication, organization, and conflict management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily hub operations including inbound receipt, sortation, routing, dispatch, and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Ensure packages are processed accurately and dispatched on schedule to meet SLAs.
• Oversee the duty assignment process while ensuring contract guidelines compliance.
• Maintain hub organization and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Lead and manage warehouse staff including hiring, scheduling, training, and evaluations.
• Serve as primary contact for Independent Contractors regarding routes and performance metrics.
• Monitor IC performance including on-time delivery, scan compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Address performance issues and enforce company policies as needed.
