You will collaborate with distribution centers and carriers, drive improvements, and implement SOPs to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Qualified candidates bring 5+ years in logistics, strong leadership, and experience with TMS or route optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics or transportation, with a focus on last-mile delivery.
• Proven experience managing and supervising delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Operations Management: monitor KPIs, SOPs, and implement improvements.
