Job summary

BGI, LLC seeks a current or former fighter pilot or WSO to become a Fighter Subject Matter Expert supporting the Mobility Air Forces DTC in Orlando, FL. The role leverages operational knowledge to prepare realistic aircrew training scenarios and lead DMO events.

The candidate should hold US citizenship with the ability to maintain a Secret security clearance and possess strong leadership and communication skills for mission planning, briefing, and execution.

Qualifications

• Current or previous fighter aircraft pilot or WSO with robust air-to-air background.
• Current or previous Instructor or evaluator.
• Must be a US citizen, currently hold and able to maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must have proven leadership skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate mission briefings and debriefings and evaluate simulator design and training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with MAF Aircrew Training Device providers and customers to determine exercise requirements.
• Provide operational and tactical level experience in integrated employment of DTC core missions.
• DMC mission planning and training material development to maximize training.
• Provide DMO Event Control/Management during event planning and execution.
• Function as the mission SME, coordinating Virtual-Constructive inputs into DMO events.
• Provide instructor level expertise to shape tactical training for participants.
• Provide mission commander leadership for execution of DMO training events.
